جایگاه زن در قرآن مجید! "تازی نامه"

نِسَآؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَّكُمْ فَأْتُواْ حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُمْ وَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُم مُّلاَقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
البقرة ﴿۲۲۳﴾

فولادوند: زنان شما كشتزار شما هستند پس از هر جا [و هر گونه] كه خواهيد به كشتزار خود [در]آييد و آنها را براى خودتان مقدم داريد و از خدا پروا كنيد و بدانيد كه او را ديدار خواهيد كرد و مؤمنان را [به اين ديدار] مژده ده

مکارم: زنان شما، محل بذرافشاني شما هستند، پس هر زمان كه بخواهيد، مي‏توانيد با آنها آميزش كنيد. و (سعي نمائيد از اين فرصت بهره گرفته، با پرورش فرزندان صالح) اثر نيكي براي خود، از پيش بفرستيد! و از خدا بپرهيزيد و بدانيد او را ملاقات خواهيد كرد و به مومنان، بشارت ده!

خرمشاهی: زنان شما [در حكم‏] كشتزار شما هستند، هرگونه كه خواستيد به كشتزار خويش درآييد و براى خويش پيش انديشى كنيد، و از خداوند پروا كنيد و بدانيد كه شما به لقاى او خواهيد رسيد، و مؤمنان را بشارت بخش‏


QARIB: women are your planting place (for children); come then to your planting place as you please and forward (good deeds) for your souls, and fear allah. and know that you shall meet him. give glad tidings to the believers.

SHAKIR: your wives are a tilth for you, so go into your tilth when you like, and do good beforehand for yourselves, and be careful (of your duty) to allah, and know that you will meet him, and give good news to the believers

PICKTHAL: your women are a tilth for you (to cultivate) so go to your tilth as ye will, and send (good deeds) before you for your souls, and fear allah, and know that ye will (one day) meet him. give glad tidings to believers, (o muhammad).

YUSUFALI: your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will; but do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear allah. and know that ye are to meet him (in the hereafter), and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.

AUF DEUTSCH: Eure Frauen sind euch ein Acker; so naht eurem Acker, wann und wie ihr wollt, und sendet etwas voraus für euch; und fürchtet Allah und wisset, daß ihr Ihm begegnen werdet; und bringe frohe Botschaft den Gläubigen.

وَالْمُحْصَنَاتُ مِنَ النِّسَاء إِلاَّ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ كِتَابَ اللّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَأُحِلَّ لَكُم مَّا وَرَاء ذَلِكُمْ أَن تَبْتَغُواْ بِأَمْوَالِكُم مُّحْصِنِينَ غَيْرَ مُسَافِحِينَ فَمَا اسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِهِ مِنْهُنَّ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةً وَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْكُمْ فِيمَا تَرَاضَيْتُم بِهِ مِن بَعْدِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا
النساء ﴿۲۴﴾


فولادوند: و زنان شوهردار [نيز بر شما حرام شده است] به استثناى زنانى كه مالك آنان شده‏ايد [اين] فريضه الهى است كه بر شما مقرر گرديده است و غير از اين [زنان نامبرده] براى شما حلال است كه [زنان ديگر را] به وسيله اموال خود طلب كنيد در صورتى كه پاكدامن باشيد و زناكار نباشيد و زنانى را كه متعه كرده‏ايد مهرشان را به عنوان فريضه‏اى به آنان بدهيد و بر شما گناهى نيست كه پس از مقرر با يكديگر توافق كنيد مسلما خداوند داناى حكيم است

مکارم: و زنان شوهردار (بر شما حرام است؛) مگر آنها را كه مالك شده‏ايد، اينها احكامي است كه خداوند بر شما مقرر داشته و زنان ديگر غير از اينها (كه گفته شد) براي شما حلال است، كه با اموال خود آنها را اختيار كنيد در حالي كه پاكدامن باشيد و از زنا خودداري نماييد، و زناني را كه متعه مي‏كنيد مهر آنها را، واجب است بپردازيد و گناهي بر شما نيست نسبت به آنچه با يكديگر توافق كرده‏ايد بعد از تعيين مهر، خداوند دانا و حكيم است.

خرمشاهی: و [همچنين‏] زنان شوهردار، مگر ملك يمين [كنيز]تان، اين فريضه الهى است كه بر شما مقرر گرديده است، و فراتر از اينان بر شما حلال گرديده است كه با صرف اموال خويش، پاكدامنانه و نه پليدكارانه، آن را به دست آوريد، و آنانكه [به صورت متعه‏] از آنان برخوردار شويد، بايد مهرهايشان را كه بر عهده شما مقرر است، بپردازيد، و در آنچه پس از تعيين [در مدت يا مهر تغيير دهيد يا] به توافق رسيد، گناهى بر شما نيست، كه خداوند داناى فرزانه است‏


QARIB: and (forbidden to you) are married women, except those whom your right hand owns. such allah has written for you. lawful to you beyond all that, is that you can seek using your wealth in marriage and not fornication. so whatever you have enjoyed from them give them their obligated wage. and there is no fault in you in what ever you mutually agree after the obligation. allah is the knower, the wise.

SHAKIR: and all married women except those whom your right hands possess (this is) allah's ordinance to you, and lawful for you are (all women) besides those, provided that you seek (them) with your property, taking (them) in marriage not committing fornication. then as to those whom you profit by, give them their dowries as appointed; and there is no blame on you about what you mutually agree after what is appointed; surely allah is knowing, wise

PICKTHAL: and all married women (are forbidden unto you) save those (captives) whom your right hands possess. it is a decree of allah for you. lawful unto you are all beyond those mentioned, so that ye seek them with your wealth in honest wedlock, not debauchery. and those of whom ye seek content (by marrying them), give unto them their portions as a duty. and there is no sin for you in what ye do by mutual agreement after the duty (hath been done). lo! allah is ever knower, wise.

YUSUFALI: also (prohibited are) women already married, except those whom your right hands possess: thus hath allah ordained (prohibitions) against you: except for these, all others are lawful, provided ye seek (them in marriage) with gifts from your property,- desiring chastity, not lust, seeing that ye derive benefit from them, give them their dowers (at least) as prescribed; but if, after a dower is prescribed, agree mutually (to vary it), there is no blame on you, and allah is all-knowing, all-wise.

AUF DEUTSCH: Und (verboten sind euch) verheiratete Frauen, ausgenommen solche, die eure Rechte besitzt. Eine Verordnung Allahs für euch. Und erlaubt sind euch alle anderen, daß ihr sie sucht mit den Mitteln eures Vermögens, nur in richtiger Ehe und nicht in Unzucht. Und für die Freuden, die ihr von ihnen empfanget, gebt ihnen ihre Morgengabe, wie festgesetzt, und es soll keine Sünde für euch liegen in irgend etwas, worüber ihr euch gegenseitig einigt nach der Festsetzung (der Morgengabe). Wahrlich, Allah ist allwissend, allweise.
